McNeil & Associates’ consultants have decades of combined experience in leadership development, training, executive coaching, learning design, team building, diversity and consulting in a variety of industries including healthcare, financial services, manufacturing, media, consumer products, education and energy. We are a minority, woman-owned business and SBA 8(a) certified company incorporated in 2006.

Julie McNeil, President and Founder

Julie McNeil has contributed over 20 years experience in professional development training and business consulting. Clients have recognized Julie for her distinct ability to provide sustainable solutions to impact performance of people and attainment of business performance goals and objectives.

McNeil founded McNeil and Associates, LLC in 2006 and over her career has provided training, coaching and businesses consulting solutions to Corporate, Government and Public entities in a variety of industries including healthcare, financial services, energy, education and manufacturing.

As a valued partner, McNeil and her team consult with clients applying a proven transformational process to successfully leverage collaborative intelligence and performance among people. No longer do businesses have to settle for dismal results stemming from a mindset of tolerance, compliance, separateness and lack of accountability.

A native of Chicago, Julie has held various professional positions in leadership development, training, human resources management, diversity and labor management in companies such as, E.W. Scripps, Argonne National Laboratory, KeyBank and NICOR. Julie received her M.B.A. from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Northwestern University, Illinois and a B.S degree in Marketing from the University of Illinois – Urbana.

With more than two decades of experience in human resources, coaching and training facilitation, founder Julie McNeil has delivered consulting solutions to a variety of Fortune 100 and 500 companies. The firm developed consulting expertise in working with people from the C-Level executives to the employee level across a broad industry spectrum.

Through the years the firm has developed experience in industries such as health care, consumer products, manufacturing, energy, education, and financial services in organizations located throughout the Midwestern and Eastern United States. Today, McNeil and Associates is a full service business consulting firm skilled in enhancing the performance of people and organizations.

By acquiring and utilizing strategic partnerships, McNeil and Associates has expanded its service offerings to include organizational transformation, which incorporates organizational development, training, process and e-Learning solutions. McNeil and Associates has the capacity to ensure complete alignment of people, process, and technology to the mission of the business.
